So my account says "1 new" in chat.

I can't find it.... I traversed all my previous convesations and none have a new message (in 2016)

Am I missing something?

When did you last log in? Have you posted in the trading thread?

Some people posting there reported a similar issue and we strongly suspect those got a message from a scammer's account which was meanwhile locked.
