When I run a GOG installer and see an advertised game that looks interesting and click it, my computer is opening IE, despite my default browser being Chrome. Near as I can tell, there seems to be a URL protocol that is set to IE and refuses to let me change it, the only options in Default Apps > Set by Protocol being IE or search the store. Is there a way to fix this, possibly with a registry edit? I literally just backed it up so I am fine there, but I don't know how to proceed from here.

I know this is probably beyond this forum's standard mandate but figured I'd ask here first cause so far this is the only situation I've noticed this being an issue, at least so far.
