I just got to free DLC package from GOG for Witcher 3 and would like to know how to install or download that to my PS4?

Errrrr, what? You're confusing things here, the dlc available here (gog) is only for the pc, the dlc for the ps4 is available on the playstation store.

Still, i don't think it downloads automatically so, in the console, go to the playstation store and search for The Witcher 3, you will see there the free dlc.
