Just don't get impatient when support doesn't reply right away. Deleting free games from the library is probably not very high on their priority list.

May I ask which game you hate so much that you have to delete it?

And an important note: Don't hide all free games. There is a bug and in some cases hiding all games lead to the vanishing of bought games (not sure if they fixed it by now).

It's not as bad as many people say. There are some unfair puzzles though that are nearly impossible to solve without a walkthrough.

That may be so, but I can't ever see myself wasting time with a maybe at-best mediocre adventure game when I got way better games to play in my library, free or paid. You've got to admit, one would need to really scrape the deep end bottom of the barrel to make Teen Agent look like an attractive proposition.

Only way to delete the free games is to play and complete them. Then you unlock the delete function on the website.
