You'll have to ask support about it (though I'm not sure they'll be willing to completely delete your account, there might be legal issues; but asking them is the only way to find out).

Though i doubt you'd be deleted. It would just be deactivated and your data (a handful of k for games and purchase data) would just be inactive until you change your mind...

Actually the same effect of just randomizing your password to something would do the same thing, unless you email in the future asking for a password change...

Keep in mind, deleting/deactivating the account only really removes the ability to sign in or post on the forums...
