Hi i recently sent a support ticket for a possible refund but after fiddling with settings was able to get the game mostly playable am i able to do cancel the ticket or change it? Thank you!

You can go to the ticket and write closed on it. That will close it.

Go to
https://support.gog.com/hc/en-us
and log in.

After you have logged in click the down arrow next to your user name and click on "My activies". This will list your recent support tickets.

Note, that only works if you were logged in when you submitted your ticket. If you weren't, you'd go to the email you received and respond with closed.
