Really want to add some GOG games I have manually that aren't being recognised in the import function but I can't find any option of doing so. It says in the FAQ that you can, but I don't see how?

Also, not so much a question but I hope GOG will allow you to import non GOG games in as I would really like to replace Steam as the client I use to store and launch all my games and game .exes. In other words, I hope launching and storing games in Galaxy isn't something that will be only doable with GOG purchased games.

Anyway if anyone could direct or advise me on how to manually add my not recognised GOG games that would be awesome! Thank you!

1. Open Galaxy
2. Go to the page of the game you want to import
3. Select "More" -> "Manage" -> "Import Folder"
4. Click on "Select Folder"
5. Navigate to the folder you installed the game in
6. Click "OK"

I can't get these instructions to work on my Galaxy for Mac. I've got two pre-installed games I'd like to add to my Galaxy folder, and whether I choose Applications, the game file or the folder called contents which becomes available when clicking on the game file, I always get "Game failed importing".

I suppose the chosen folder should be the actual game file, because it appears the Galaxy program tries the import then but fails for some reason.
