Been waiting almost a month and a half since the last selection of titles and wondering if waits like this are normal

Usually when there is a big sale or an event of some kind (like a new publisher joining the ranks)

Mainly during the season sale (Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter) and during special events (new publisher, special sale like Halloween...).
