Assuming we're talking story games rather than strategy games and counting some I didn't buy here but are in the GoG store, not all that many really. I find a lot of RPG's I get tired of the repetitive combat and quit in the middle of the game. And I there's a lot of games that I quit when I got stuck (Deus Ex: Human Revolution and Baldur's Gate come to mind). Life is too short to play a game when it becomes frustrating rather than fun.
Deus Ex 2: Invisible War
Dishonored
Dishonored 2
Dragon Age: Origins
Dreamfall Chapters
Dreamfall The Longest Journey
Fallout
Fallout: New Vegas
Grim Fandango
Might & Magic VI
Might & Magic VII
Planescape: Torment
Sanitarium
Thief
Thief 3: Deadly Shadows
There are a fair number of games that I really liked that I didn't finish: Fallout 2, Thief 2, Baldur's Gate 2.

46 games, 2 of which I intend to play because they offer an alternate campaign with significant enough differences that I won't find it repetitive. (Although my account dates to 2013, I've only been seriously collecting/playing games here in the last two years)
I tend to like games with a well defined end/sense of completion, so open-ended strategy games are conspicuously absent from my list of completed (or even played) games.
