Due to a screw up with the pinata sale I was offered a refund and chose the original payment method option. I sent off my request yesterday afternoon and a second response about it at 11.45 today but have heard nothing since. Despite being with this site from its first days I have never asked for one before so have no idea how long it takes to process.
