Well, support wasn't so active in first place, so...
Ever since the pandemic experiences with the (previously mostly excellent) support seem to be all over the place. Some users got their issues solved within a day, some seem to waited for weeks.

It's important to check your mail (junk folder included).

I'd wait a few more days, and if nothing happens, either contact support again, or try to catch one of the blues here on the forum.

I got my last refunds within 24 hours each. Make sure to check your email. You will not receive a notification on the GOG website but I got an automatic email every time, telling me that they are flooded with requests due Covid and if a conversion of the refund into GOG wallet funds is OK.

I always just give a 1 sentence response, saying that conversion to GOG Wallet funds is OK and then got refunded within 24 hours.
I got a response within 24 hours with a price adjustment issue with Panzer Dragoon Remake, they refunded in me using the GOG wallet which I said I was fine with.
Try and reply to the ticket again and see what happens.. Sometimes with all the refund request they have they might forget about it.
Solved my problem.
I was a bit sad refund the Metal Gears games since I waited literally for YEARS to have them available on PC again, but at the moment the ports are not exactly right and I can't affordo to spend 30€ on something that doesn't work properly. Will buy them again later with a discount when, hopefully, they will have the issues ironed out.
