I bought Baldur's Gate 3 - and after few hours of cant getting the game to work (keep closing with no warning - I tried everything) - I decided to refund. its been 1.5 days and still not a single reply from GOG....

How long does it usually takes? I never refunded a game in GOG....

It can take quite a long time, don't want to discourage you, but it may take 1-2 weeks, sometimes even more. Depending on the amount of tickets support is currently dealing with.

(on the plus side - you don't need to worry about that 30 days refund time limit, support confirmed some time ago that they're not going to count this "extra time" you're waiting for reply.

Have you tried restarting your computer?

You might need to confirm the ticket via your email(they make every ticket do that now, in general).

After making a ticket they will send you a confirmation email asking if you want to continue with the ticket....you must then reply to that email by saying that yes, you want to continue with the ticket (or something similar).

Well, i got a refund some hours after my request. Guess i was lucky.
