So i did what it the Help page told me to do to get a refund, so i followed on what they have said but its been more than 24 hours is it supposed to take this long?

I believe the Help page says they will get back to you within 24 hours, not that you will get the actual refund in 24 hours. Of course that also depends on what and why you are asking for the refund. Their policy is very clear about all the avenues that must be pursued before a full refund is issued, aka, making sure that they can't first fix whatever problem the game is having.

May I ask what the nature of the request is?

It could be wrong, but if one has to bet money on it, then maximizing probabilities I'm guessing No Man's Sky. My rationale being obvious reasons. :)

Well me and a friend were going to play multiplayer he had TA on steam(Linux) and i have TA on GOG(Windows) and we tried to play multiplayer i did try Hamachi but it did not work, so asked them if you could help me fixed my problem i'll keep it but if you cant i'd would like a refund.

I had an issue yesterday with some gift codes I had, which according to the redeem page were already used, while they weren't.
4 hours after I reported it, listing the games and order numbers, I got new codes.
So they must have seen your report and will probably get back to you on it. Keep an eye on your e-mail.
If you think it takes to long, see if a blue is online and send him a PM listing the issue number you received by e-mail.
