cogadh: Interesting. They had a different username when that was posted. In fact, it looks like the username was different when this thread was originally posted, too. They must have finally figured it out.
Considering there's blue posts in that other thread, a staff member may have reached out to them.
I know in other support forums, we always suggest that when folks complain about tickets that they should always state the ticket number just in case a staff member sees the thread. Maybe that's what happened here.
edit: I have a habit to link to an active thread when multiple threads are made by the same poster. That way the poster doesn't have to keep track of multiple threads as well. Normally moderators will merge such threads or close the redundant threads as well. But each forum is run differently.
