Hi all,
I bought my first game on GOG a few hours ago and I'm trying to get support because it freezes on startup.
I'm following the sequence of links from the game support, general troubleshooting, general troubleshooting fo windows, specific troubleshooting and so on, but, at any step, if I follow "I can't find solution for my problem" or "Contact us" I'm redirected to the beginning general troubleshooting.... It looks like an endless loop whitout any possibility to get real support!
I'm sure I'm missing something: can someone explain me how to really chat or send an email to get support?

Many thanks

Without the name of the game I can't try it, but being led in a loop is a known feature of the GOG support system.
You can 'chat' or PM a 'blue' such as Firek, but usually you do that after your support ticket has been ignored for a while.
Thanks for the reply.
Actually, I'm not even sure that a ticket has been successfully submitted, as I've not received any feedback when trying to contact support.

The game is Bilitzkrieg antology. The issue is a lock of the application just after the small logo appearing.
I'm using Win 7 64 and it should be supported by the game (looking at the requirements).
I've tryed all the compatibility settings, reinstalled directx, disabled UAC, tampered with ATI controlpanel, but no success..

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's because support forms are bugged for shop items (generally bundles) that place several installers on your gameshelf.
Here's the link to contact support about issues with Blitzkrieg Anthology:
https://www.gog.com/support/contact/technical_issues_with_games/blitzkrieg_anthology

Edit:
Have you tried browsing Blitzkrieg subforum? There's a chance that somebody already had the same problem and found the solution.

Yes, I did.
I found a post that explains to set the affinity to 1 core and successfully followed the instructions (task manager shows that the process runs only on core 0), but the game still hangs at the splash screen...

Normally you should receive a mail with a ticket number. If you got that, you can be sure that your ticket was successfully submitted.
So, as I suspected, I failed in submitting the ticket (no emails).
The problem is that following the links in the support section I dont'get any form to fill....
Clicking on "I can't find solution for my problem" (thak should point to "...../support/contact/technical_issues_with_games/blitzkrieg" according to the address shown in status bar) I'm sent back to the initial page ..../support".
And the same happens if I follow "Contact us", choose "technical issues" and click on continue.

I can't figure out what's wrong.

Now I'm going to try with IE, instead of FIrefox......

Did you try the link InkPanther posted above? Because that is working:
https://www.gog.com/support/contact/technical_issues_with_games/blitzkrieg_anthology
Gasp, sorry, I completely overlooked that link!
I was focusing on the subforum.....
It actually works!

Many thanks for your help and patience.
