I've been trying to entice my brother to sign up for a new GOG account, and I was hoping to give him a few games that I've purchased twice by giving him the second key. Is this even possible on GOG, and if so where do I find the key?

On the website, not in Galaxy:

1. Click your user name at the top of the web page. This will load your library.
2. Click the tile of the game in question. This will display a window for that game with various download options.
3. Click More > Serial Keys.

That should work in most cases. If you don't see a key listed in that way, you can try clicking your user name at the top of the page and then Orders and Settings, then look up the order for the extra game key. I'm not 100% sure if that will work. If it doesn't, just submit a support ticket and they'll help you out.

https://www.gog.com/account/settings/orders - your keys. Also the keys will be delivered to the e-mail when you buying games as a gift.
Thanks for the info! I managed to find one of my keys, but not the second one. Oh Well.
