So I buy a new game (Temple of elemental Evil) and it will not launch. troubleshooted with the GoG support channel-nothing works-go to submit a ticket-it requires a SYS INF attachments; however, the page won't take one. ok Im out about 4 hours-now i want my money back----->Given your page doesn't not work and will not allow the required SYS INF file<-------how do i contact you to get my money back?

Or take a snapshot and send the jpeg file...

Though honestly a lot of people don't know how to do basics. Either with commandline, or with the interface.

If you're using Windows, right-click on the file; Select "Send To->Compressed (zip) folder". That will create a zip file you will attach.

If you're using GNU/Linux, you might have to use an archiver, or zip (or 7z) to archive it via commandline.
