Tistonic: galaxy client or browser?
if browser, hover your pointer/cursor/mouse pointer over your name, click games, find game, click, download offline backup game installers(there maybe many), choose(or not) where you want to download the file(s), after that find the downloaded file(s), install the game from there, choose(or not) where you want the files
edit:
HunchBluntley oh poops, i missed, maudieok read HunchBluntley post first Lols, oh I am so bad at this stuff. thanks for the reply. here's what I can tell you. I went into the store and bought it. got the receipt and that's it. (I signed up to a new account and I used by phone to purchase it so my daughter wouldn't be looking over my shoulder while I was buying it).
so in answer to your question - and this is how bad I am at techie stuff - I don't know what I got Galaxy or Browser ? It was 15.99 euro if that helps ?
Maudieok: I am so ‘not techie’ minded so bear with me ! I just bought KSP for my daughter as a surprise birthday gift. I have the receipt with an order number but got no download or redeem code numbers. Is the receipt order no the code? I don’t know where to begin with finding the game. Step by step instructions would be great if anyone has the patience to send me. Thanks so much.
HunchBluntley: Did you make sure to buy it as a gift code? If you didn't, it's stuck in your account. (Which, if she didn't already have a GOG account, and you only created this one to buy this one game for her, is maybe not a problem, as you can just give her the account you're posting from --containing
Kerbal Space Program -- as the gift.)
DO NOT DOWNLOAD ANYTHING YET.

HunchBluntley: She's trying to give the game as a gift, not play it herself. If she starts downloading it, she won't be able to get it changed into a gift copy (assuming she wants to do that).
Thanks for your reply. I didn't click buy as a gift because it will be used (I am hoping) on the home pc so its not like I will be posting her the gift. I thought I would get a code and I could print it off for her and put it in to her Birthday card. that's what I was hoping for !! Oh I wish I just got someone else to do this . aw well ! I appreciate all your help .
