I recently connected my Steam, Origin etc accounts with GOG and now wish to create start menu shortcuts via GOG Galaxy. I had previously had shortcuts what were linked to all the different launchers but, I wanted to change the icons (using TileIconifier) and that only worked with GOG and Blizzard. Now I was wondereing if I could make shortcuts to GOG that are able to have custom designs (unlike Steam, Origin, EpicGames, ...).

Locate the executable file (type the name of the game in the search box) and then use a right-mouse button click to select Pin to the Taskbar or Pin to the Start Menu, or both. Another option when the RMB context menu pops up is the properties dialog: there is a Change icon… button in the Shortcut tab.
