The great thing about PC is that there is no restriction. You can't just be barred from selling/distributing something on PC.

gunsynd: I sit back and see the clever comments on Australia and let it ride,but we can only take so much.A bit of information for all the NON-Australian knowalls..

Australian's are hammered into the ground by Idiotic Parlamentarians,who are lead around by the nose by United Nations and anyone else who comes up with a dumfuck idea.They take advise from other Countries and instead of asking us they just implement it.We don't have any control other than voting them out,and 90% of the time the next Government that gets in to fix something either don't fix it or they just slightly amend it.

Promises,Promises,Promises these are BROKEN nearly on a Daily bases,and the Government that's in now is the worst in all our History.
Governments are the same everywhere , although it does feel at times ours is more dysfunctional than most (dare i say less corrupt more just plain stupid). Simple things that should be easy to decide aren't. We seem to bend over for indonesia and china (way too lax -- at the rate they are buying up land we wont have anything left in the near future we can call Australia owned)...etc we vote one crap party into power and the next one is just as bad (ex labor supporter now official a donkeyvoter) ---- and now we have that turd Abbott in power....

I believe they banned female ejaculation out of jealousy, having never been able to make their wives feel good they realized they were hopelessly inadequate and lashed out at the more capable men.

Actually, is it the same with Postal 2 and violence cuts for places like Germany or can they purchase the complete games unrestricted too?

I haven't seen much on these specific policies. Probably because it never came up with the catalog. If someone knows or if a blue can shine some light on this. ^^
Seems like Hotline Miami 2 will be the first regionally-locked game on GOG.
