I've heard it's actually way more explicit than a lot of the games that tight wads call lewd.
I guess if you surround nudity and sex with lots of violence it's acceptable. :P

If you click your orc peons enough they will say 'stop touching me'. I take that comment as the typical yes means no so it gets wild after that.

But they never clearly say 'no', so it's okay to click them on certain spots?

Every game is sexy if you think hard enough.
