Hi ...
Can anyone pls help with bought games ?
Today morning i registered on homepage GOG:COM
i dont get activation email or anything
i bouhgt 3 games , downloaded install app like galaxy the witcher.exe (or something like thaht)
On the app i was unable to get sign in "user dont exist" or something like that....
Now i registered with the same email but another username (old username : tommi000001 new username : tommi0000011),,,i get registration confirmed now....but i dont see the games what i bought.
Who can solve me this issue?

Your old username certainly does exist. Can you log in with the browser? Are you sure you got the password right?

But anyway, if you need help with accounts, the best way to reach support is via https://support.gog.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?form=account&product=gog

Also it is possible to register 2 different username with 1 email address?

I just tried it, and nope.. "Email address already used"

I guess you might've originally had a typo in your email address when signing up? I hope GOG support can help you recover that account. Do use their contact form.

pls take a look:

register page let me with the 3. username register with the original (allready 2 times registered email) WTF???

Maybe you shouldn't show your email address to the whole world.

Remember to provide us with both usernames so we can check what happened :)

It's not possible to register two accounts with the same email... that and the fact that you didn't get a confirmation email suggests maybe there was a spelling error in your email the first time around?
