It looks quite interesting, I'd be glad to look more into it if they add the option to GoG, unfortunately until then I don't think I can so much as tell the devs since it's steam locked. How unfortunate
This might be a bit on the side of things but uhm.... one beneficial outcome of this exchange has been a carefull exploration of the amount of RSI levels i still endure in the game Everspace. I would in about the last 10 years or so, RSI complaints were one of the main reasons to prefer a controller over mouse and key. That was quite the change all in all. These days i'm quite the sufficient controller user, xbox all the way, ghosay(José)! , but this skill proviciny never reached high enough levels to be able to display a certain amount of confidence . . .
in space.

Now its like " Look poah ... imma dancing chick "

I think incorporating the influencer that promotes good scientific workouts on steam really did a great job of providing me with a work-out that actually helped with allievating pain real quick. Now i'm not willing to send that person any money but, hey some extra add time never done someone wrong . . .

Right ?

Look him up, especially if you have long lasting bodily irritations that so far managed to elude a high position in your priority list

The simple training exercise, i can't find the video anymore, was just hanging on a chest press bar hanging on shouldweight with one arm at a time switching those. with a angled body position for extra weight and with the distance between both hands also being a factor. i incorpated this exercise in my pull up, chin up routine with as i might say gfreat success. i'm not using this specific set exercises anymore i'm now more of a (coughs) stretch dude
Kind of interested since I loved the original Freelancer. Not a fan of travelling the planets on foot but I would be in the minority there.

The only criticism I had of freelancer was the very short story that felt incomplete and not much to do after. Not sure how I feel about a sequel but it does look good from the youtube video.

i don't think there will be a lot of on planet travelling, more a modern sense of entering a bar, or visiting a contact as we did in Freelancer, and maybe in Privateer 2 too. In the demo i only visited the starting location. You can walk on the landing path but it is not necesary to find and board your ship for example. I had to change locations with the shortcut provided and before i could speak to a contact i had to cross a small corridor before entering an office

Thats cool to know. Maybe its because my experience is just nostalgic (played it way back and did a lan with friends to ship some diamonds I believe. It was hard since one of my friends was really far into the game and was a huge target to one of the factions so there were constant attacks) but it was a good game for what it was. Really enjoyed the ship flying and aerial combat even though its arguably too easy (hold your mouse over the dot and fire with energy management being the big issue).

Seems the combat remains similar in terms of combat and travelling and thats what I enjoyed with the game. Would only want a longer story, more ship variety, and more stats or ability to upgrade ships so its not just every new place has a better ship. The end game Anubis was the best ship in the game stat-wise but I liked the look of the kusari Dragon heavy fighter. Maybe that is asking too much though (wouldnt make sense to spec out a Honda to race as fast as a lambo for example).

I probably went to bed with the manual from privateer 2 as a pre-teen, admiring those bird of prey shaped man fantasies. Gosh... you know, i actually want some more Freespace. That whole CoD infinite warfare SP campaign really left me with a taste for more. . . guess i could even go for a modern day starfox or replay the descent series . . . Maybe Corvus will help with that....

[i]But it would be a lot of fun :D though maybe a tier system such as NFSU offered would be more in place, if you are really good you can win a rally with a lesser car though, don't Max that ;p

True or they could make various "builds" work. You can succeed with a ship that is small and fast but has lower durability and shields which emphasizes dodging which it seems you can do and flying more erratic or play as a huge vessel with tons of energy for high durability and energy output for high damage to take out enemies before they take you out.
Chorus btw, does not deliver a satisfactory flying experience... ( for this specific moment ) nor does the open world feel inspiring in terms of exploring. Though the cinematics of certain poses do deliver. . . guess i will move on to check rebel galaxy
