How about working with video game developers and video game publishers to restore the multiplayer of video games that used GameSpy for their multiplayer like you worked with Disney to remove GameSpy from Stat Wars Battlefront (2004) and Star Wars Battlefront 2 (2005)?

Work with Electronic Arts (EA) to get rid of GameSpy from Command & Conquer Red Alert 2 and release Command & Conquer, Command & Conquer Red Alert, Command & Conquer Tiberian Sun, Command & Conquer Renegade, and Command & Conquer Generals for sale on gog.com.

Work with Crytek and Electronic Arts (EA) to remove GameSpy from Crysis.

Work with Crytek and Electronic Arts (EA) to remove GameSpy from Crysis 2 and release Crysis 2 for sale on gog.com.

Get lawyers to look for all of the licensing issues for No One lives Forever and No One Lives Forever 2.

Work with MicroSoft to release Perfect Dark, Age of Empires 1 the original version and Age of Empires 2 the original version for sale on gog.com.

Work with Capcom to release the original version of Resident Evil for sale on gog.com.

Seriously gog.com I have so much money just sitting in my bank account because of this pandemic and from my job that I just keep on saving that I can just give you I just want to purchase a lot of video games I want to purchase these video games. I have the money for all of these video games and then some.

Come on gog.com let me throw money at you constantly.

Please I am in dire need of more 100% Digital Rights Management (DRM) free video games and this pandemic is making it worse.

I think in a alternate reality my dreams are 100% true.

I am sick and tired of seeing every video game being released for sale on Steam.

I am sick and tired of Activision-Blizzard Entertainments exclusives.

I am sick and tired of Epic Games exclusives.

I am sick and tired ofr 2K, Take-Two, Rockstar having their own launchers being required on Steam, etc.

I am sick and tired and sick and tired of just keeping on saving my money so I can purchase the video games that I want.

I am losing energy with each passing day.

Now I know you lost money on gog.com this year, but hopefully the money you earn from selling the three The Witcher video games and Cyberpunk 2077 you should use to take care of gog.com more ya know?

Then you will be rewarded with my entire bank account.

In my dreams in a alternate universe it was that easy it all happened.

I am playing right now the original Command & Conquer on gog.com with absolutely no Digital Rights Management (DRM) software required to install and to log in to play and it also has 100% Digital Rights Management (DRM) free multiplayer like Red Faction does on gog.com.

I purchased Command & Conquer from gog.com for $30 dollars (USD), yes I said $30 dollars (USD) because I prefer to pay the gog.com 100% Digital Rights Management (DRM) free tax.

I am playing

Half-Life and Half-Life 2 100% Digital Rights Management (DRM) free on gog.com as well.

Gabe Newell said hey PC gamers I know Steam is my baby, but I do not want Steam to be a monopoly on the digital video games market here is Half-Life and Half-Life 2 on gog.com and you get a free bonus Half-Life 2 remastered.

I have it all it is easy, simple and I am playing all of the video games I want to in this alternate reality.

Also all roads lead to a end and there is a place where this road ends at gog.com and sells all of the video games that you want all 100% Digital Rights Management (DRM) free.

It exists. In some other universe, but I guess our universe is just crappy.

Oh well I cannot wait to see universe #450 in the next 20,000 years.

It isn't GOG that's the block to most of this stuff. Eg, Microsoft do not sell Age of Empires 1-2 (Classic) "digitally" absolutely anywhere (including their own store) precisely because they can charge 4-10x more for the "Definitive" versions. If you don't already own the originals, get the blue-coloured Age of Empires: Collector's Edition DVD-ROM (basically AoE 1-2 Classic + expansions DRM-Free) then add upatch (AoE1) & userpatch (AoE2) which adds compatibility fixes, widescreeen support, pop cap increase, etc. Then rip the ISO and call that your "installer". The chance of absolutely anyone (including GOG) getting the AoE classics "digitally" fell to zero as soon as Microsoft discovered the same 'definitive' cash-cow that Bethesda did with Skyrim...

As for NOLF, the fact that NOLF Revival has been up 2-3 years now with zero attempt to take it down under DMCA suggests that 1. Publishers don't care and have completely abandoned it, and 2. They may even be glad for its existence reducing the "When are you going to release NOLF on GOG / Steam" emails they get.

There are many, many games I'd love to see on GOG (Dune, Lemmings, Freelancer, Outrun 2006, Prey (2006), The Neverhood, etc), but sadly just like Netflix vs DVD the reality is "digital" stores simply do not and probably never will have 100% overlap with the disc based catalogue, so getting a legal version is a case of grabbing a copy off EBay whilst you still can.

low rated
I'm on board with this but the Boycott Squad might whine a bit, since they'd probably have to replace GameSpy with GOG Galaxy's multiplayer framework.
I am sure GOG was just twiddling its thumbs and will only launch into action because you just told them so.

That is not what I said at all?

We know gog.com is working behind the scenes.

What I said is I am sick and tired of waiting.

We do not know exactly what gog.com is working on.
