Insomnia? Try chamomile tea. Try sessions of rhythmic breathing in sessions of one minute, the slow breath pattern! Relax your eyes by staring on the ceiling, or over at a wall, or any other plain white surface (no colors no shapes) and your mind by not thinking anything. Or exhaust yourself! Go watch one of those adorable, cute little bitches she-devil schoolgirls tease (some even pose completely naked or even do more) over on webcam based social media and beat yourself one or two! You are going to sleep like a little angel afterwards!

Alcohol is bad, raises blood pressure, weights over both liver and heart and in large quantities and/or chronic usage, especially when combined with smoking, makes your reproductive ability seriously wane. Plus it takes its toll on your physique, weight, body fitness, endurance, etc!

If you want beer that badly, though, just fetch yourself a nice, "Bundaberg" brand, Australian Ginger Beer (without alcohol, with fermented Ginger, works like medicine kind of and ginger has many beneficial properties for your body).
