after i download it (chapter 1) i cannot open the game, it is always back to my desktop (with a short black blank screen). When i click again the shortcut it says "The game already running" . i also try to download another chapter (chapter 2) is have same problem... anybody can help me ? thank you.

You need to supply some info, what os, galaxy or not etc.
Assuming windows 10 and not using galaxy, have you made sure to install outside windows folders, i.e. Something like c:/mygames.
Also, have you enabled direct play?
If it still doesn't work after that and your system matches the spec on the game page, contact support.

Since I've installed Win 10, I've been lucky with my games, and I haven't run into any problems. But one of these days I'll have to gather these small adjustments to ensure all my old games work.
