is there a way I can download the latest update for the witcher 3 without having to dowload all the old updates ( currently on update 1.12 ) Can I Download JUST the latest update 1.3?

It looks like to me the installers only offer a compelete redownload of the latest version (ie the entire game). No upgrade patches to 1.31.

You could use Galaxy though, import the game, and update without having to re-download the entire game.

From what I see the old updates disappeared. You might get an incremental update with Galaxy.

You can still use Galaxy... it actually should have been an option during install. You should also have gotten a code for GOG.com. Just register the game to your account here on GOG, then you can use Galaxy to update.

Just click the GOG COM logo in the top left -> Scan / Import -> point to Witcher 3 files currently installed.
