HI everyone i have a question how long does GOG support take to answer back on a refund for a game ? i made the ticket like 3 days ago and i just got the automatic message like the same day i asked for the refund but had no response after that, is that normal ? this is my first time refunding a game with them, thanks in advance

It can vary, they are working from home and are busy and the response has varied greatly from a day or two up to 2 weeks.

A week or two ago I got a refund within 24 hours of putting in the request.

i check the status and it said open so i guess its just a matter of time so i can getmy refund

It's all the luck of the draw. I'm still waiting a refund request from about two weeks out now.

Only thing you can do is wait and followup on the tickets.

damn thats a lot of time i hope it doesnt take that long because i dont want to get my refund denied because it took them more than 30 days to respond

If you requested the refund within the 30-day period, you're good. Response time doesn't factor into it.
