I'm using dgvodoo but the game looks bad with some textures in white, any ideas??

What is it lately with all these questions in regard to games that aren't available here on GOG?

A lot of people who come here for the classic games are more likely to be familiar with other classic games than just randomly asking the average Steam user. I've answered plenty of technical questions here on everything from Age of Empires to No One Lives Forever to ZX Spectrum games over the years. :-)

Well, how do you explain this (see attachment)?

Perhaps Good Old Games was such incredibly strong branding GOG could never shake it, thus some people associate GOG with all things good old games including tech support for ones not yet here.

Sure, sure...that's part of the "problem".
However: the guy has ZERO games in his account - but asks a ton of questions in regard to GOG games, and refers to his games even as "my gog games" and "mouse too fast in old windows gog games".

Sooo,...smells kinda fishy, don't you think?

oh I didn't realize this about this one guy. yeah that's fishy. I assume the number of games isn't hidden even if a profile's section is set to private?

Because most pirated games have a gog tag and they think this is a piracy forum.

Let's put it this way:

"After being caught - the pirate
set his GOG account to "private"."
