Freelancer is not for sale on gog or anywhere that game was a masterpiece and there are over 25000 votes....not sure what is going on but i googled a lot and saw an old article that gog had nice talks with microsoft... in 2012...
Please do not send me similar games no space game can achiece freelancer or beat it...just tell me what is going on hehe

Microsoft wants to sell through their own shop. I honestly do not understand why the Freelancer and Starlancer games are not sold there unelss there are some remakes or some such being worked on.

As Themken said, Microsoft refuse to sell anything here, not just Freelancer but Age of Empires, Age of Mythology, Rise of Nations, etc. Since it's not for sale digitally anywhere, the best you can do is find a 2nd hand disc on Ebay. I still have my Freelancer disc and it still plays fine today. In fact, it looks better than ever in Widescreen.
