Hi, this is my first post and it's a cry for help.

I started playing Gwent only two weeks ago and I've been loving the game, but I just got a new PC and made a fresh install only to find my account completely reset. I didn't have that much but I was playing daily and working on my first proper deck and now I have lost my journey progress and rewards. Kinda feel like quitting now, which sucks cus I was really loving the game but this is really frustrating.

Hope someone can help me with this. Thanks!

In terms of your account, nothing can be done on any forum. You need to contact support, either through the Support option at the top of the GOG website or on CDPr website.

No, I avoid using facebook login overall and the gog acc isn't connected to my facebook.
