Hi, I know this isn't really the place for it but I really want to get my old account back and not have to wait a month and miss out on the entire summer sale.

I have a support ticket pending so if anyone that can help happen to see this post, I'd really appreciate your help.

If your problem doesn't get solved by the end of the summer sale, you can always purchase whatever games you want as a gift, send the codes to your own email, and redeem them when you get acess to the account you want to have the games in.

Sadly, this account is too new for me to buy gifts with it.

Buy them on the account you are logged in with, then ask GOG to merge the two accounts. End of the day it’s you that lost your account details.
