I bought Blade Runner to run using ScummVM on my Samsung Galaxy Tab A. I think I've downloaded the wrong files (i.e. they seem to install game on a Windows device). Please can someone tell me how I can get the files I need (i.e. the ones taken off the four CDs)?

I think you might have misunderstood what files GOG provides. You get an installer which installs a game on your machine. GOG does not provide images of original CDs. If you want to try to move some game files from your computer to a tablet, you'll have go to its installation directory and copy appropriate files from there.

GOG doesn't sell games packaged for Android. It's possible to get it to work though:-

1. Install ScummVM on your device from the Google Play Store:-

2. Create a folder on your device / SD card called "Blade Runner" and copy over the relevant data files listed here:-
https://wiki.scummvm.org/index.php?title=Blade_Runner#Required_data_files

3. Run ScummVM for Android, select "Add Games", find the above folder you created then add it.

4. Start the game.

Might need to extract files using innosetup... Though how you'd do that on a phone/tablet i don't know, but on PC you could do it and then transfer said files.
