I try to change my account email on the page 'LOGIN AND SECURITY'.The system showed that the email was successfully changed and I also got the email said that 'Your e-mail address was changed'.But then nothing actually happened.My account email address is still the old one,even In the letter by GOG,the 'New email address' mentioned in the email was exactly the same as the 'Previous email address',but not the new email address it should be.
And I also can not disable the Two-step authentication,as It keep showing that 'It seems that there was an issue while processing your request. GOG.com Staff was notified about this. Please try again in a few minutes' . It seems just like my accout is totally broken.
Plese help me , and forgive my poor english.Is there anything I could do about it ? I really need to changed it as soon as possible.I already contacted the GOG Support 5 days ago,but do not get any reply yet.

PS:I found out that I can't change my password either.It seems the whole 'LOGIN AND SECURITY' page doesn't work for me.

OK, there isn't a great deal the forum members here can do here which is why you didn't get any responses yet. We have official GOG moderators, but they share their forum work with their other duties, and they don't directly deal with support requests on this forum.

GOG's support staff is struggling to handle their workload at the moment. They've got a sale going at the moment, COVID-19 affects are still being felt, and they've got a backlog of enquiries to clear. So they're going to take much longer than normal to respond.

I have one question out of curiousity: If you return to https://www.gog.com/account/settings/security right now, which email address is listed? Your old one or the new one?

Still the old one .And, really thanks for your reply. I just came here to see if anyone may have the same experience, then might be helpful for my situation .
I'll let the Staff know but it's Sunday, i doubt anyone will be around until tomorrow. In the meantime if your problems gets solved and you have your new email address for login in, please let us know.

CDPR replied my email today, and I have already changed my account email address with the help of GOG's support staff. This problem has been sloved.
