Has anyone noticed an issue where Hellpoint is not showing the downloads in the Game Shelf? It looks like it's supposed to have an update, but it just shows this loading symbol instead. I tried an account refresh, but it didn't fix anything.

Yes. I'm having the same issue.

EDIT: And it's fixed now. Yesterday I was having the exact same issue but it fixed itself.
It's likely related to the website fixes they've been making (removing the downvote button & other stuff).

I did another account refresh, but it still just shows the loading icon and I can't access the downloads.

Happened to me, logged out, came back an hour later... and it worked. I guess it can get stuck while new offline installers are generated? I'm not sure.

Hellpoint is probably the new Library companion to the infamous forum's "Purple Dot".
Given the color scheme of the game's cover, I guess it's about right.

It didn't load the 1st time yesterday, but at the 2nd or 3rd try.
It doesn't load at all for me today. I've tried several times.

Yeah, I noticed this yesterday. It finally loaded when I tried again last night before I went to bed, and I was able to download the multi-part patch just fine.

Refresh only solves temporarily. The game keeps "updating" from time to time.

... yeah, but there's no change to the installers. Wonder if their build pipeline has gone crazy on its own.

I forwarded this problem to the GOG team. Hopefully it can be fixed asap.

That seems to have worked for me... after a scary period during which the refresh URL produced an Atlas GOGbear and my account was completely broken, with a blue dot next to every game and all of them giving me 'base game required' messages even if the game wasn't a DLC and didn't have any DLC.
