If this game can't be installed, downloaded or played on my mac... can I get a refund? Can anyone help me out here? King's Quest VI

King's Quest VI is compatible with DOSBox/ScummVM, so the probability of refund is quite small.

Check the refund policy of GOG and contact GOG Support.
