gibbeynator: They haven't even gotten around to slashing the price of each game to 15 bucks, a full sale isn't going to happen before the games go away forever.

Point_Man: Damn. I never even got around to buying the 400 days DLC for the first walking dead season. Too bad :/. Seems like Walking Dead got removed from Seam now as well.
It's still for sale on humble bundle (but not sure how long till it vanishes)
Hmmm, I did want the second Minecraft game, but considering my backlog and my pecuniary situation, I'd only get it if GOG did decide to put it on sale.
I have a feeling gift codes of these games are going to be like gold dust in the future...

Also, if I played my backlog in order of acquisition, I'd be playing the game in virtual reality with my scanned in brain a hundred years from now. :P
Maybe they forgot all about GOG and we'll never get the games delisted. :)
And nothing of value was lost.
They removed the Walking Dead? I thought the news was, they kept around a small team to finish the final season? What's the use of axing the previous seasons then?

Dream on :D
Too bad the Jurassic park game was never here :(
Also been waiting for a sale on their newer games like Guardians of the Galaxy or the Batman games. Oh well, probably someone will pick up the pieces at some point and re-release them.
I wouldn't worry too much about the walking dead games. I'm certain they'll resurface soon enough since the creator of the Walking dead franchise claimed he will personally make sure the the final games in the series gets made. But other titles, such as, Jurassic Park: The Game and Back to the Future, those might just be gone forever. Let's not forget that's exactly what happened to Wallace and Gromit.

I've never been a huge fan of the Walking dead games, but I've always assumed I'd be able to get the Batman, Guardians of the Galaxy and Minecraft game series some day... Who knows what will happen with those IPs now.

Amusingly enough, it seems that they haven't removed the page for the Final Season, but only for the other installments.

Having said that, The Walking Dead is no longer in the hands of Telltale and the Final Season will be completed by a different company:

GOG will silently remove the TT games from the store, then inform us afterwards.
What is the reason for the removal? Are they bankrupt and need to sell the licenses? Or will they have an own selling platform?

Crosmando: And nothing of value was lost.
While they aren't the best games ever made, they are still nice enough to play. Like Tales of Monkey Island, it's the weakest MI game, but out of two options "have that game" and "not have that game", I would choose the first one any time.

If all these games become abandonware for the rest of the century, I would call it a considerable loss.

ChrisSZ: Are they bankrupt
This one. Telltale's kind of gone.

Probably, just like Republique!
In addition to the last few Walking Dead games, I had my eye on the Puzzle Agent games. I hope we get a pre-delisting sale (not holding my breath), or at least some advance notice.
More like heads off.
