I requested a refund yesterday and got an email saying the refund was complete. However, I haven't yet received money in my GOG wallet. It said I should get the refund money as soon as the refund was complete. I contacted customer support this morning but have yet to be emailed back.

Does it sometimes take a while before the refunded money is put into GOG wallet? The game is still in my library, so I assume the refund wasn't fully completed.

I made a refund last week because i wanted the collector's edition of a game when i purchased the base, i asked atm and in less of an hour the funds were in the wallet.

Gog send me two emails, one in which said the refund was processing, and other with the complete wallet refund.

Yeah, I got I email that it was received, and a little bit later I got an email saying the refund was complete. It said the money I spent was added to my GOG wallet, yet it's still at 0.00 balance. Hope they message me tomorrow so I can get this fixed.

Can you have the option of ask again for a refund?

In Europe we have EUR and USD wallet, the refund is in the same coin of the purchase was made.

Hope you solve this soon.
