Hi everybody
I´m currently about to loose my marbles.
My problem is a rather basic one - my old email-acc is gone, I need to change it to the new one.
Since the old one is not accessible to me anymore, I cant receive the authentification code.
So far, so common, one should think.
But now I have been stonewalled by support for over a week.
I send a ticked - I get an email answer from a supposed person name "Orcan" who asks for an email-adress, paypal-transaction number and account name. .Two of the three he already had via the ticked he cited. But okay.
I answer with the asked-for info - nothing happens. For days.
I give the isame nfo again - more detailed this time, More ordered mail. Maybe it was overread.
No answer. for days
I send a new ticket, Asking why nothing happens, Including the abovementioned info one more time.
Days later, automated mail: "Our support is swamped, please be patient"
Again, days later - the same "Orcan" sends me the same mail as last week. Asking for the info.
The info from the very ticket "he" cites in the very same mail.
Is this support service being automated by a specially incompetent type of AI module?
Or is "Orcan" an overworked non-english speaker who is the sole remaining person responsible for the whole world support and has a reading disability?
This is beginning to feel kafkaesk.
Is there any way to contact GOG in a way that actually get read?
