Still waiting for it here. The invite probably got lost in that same place Fallout 1 hides.
All in all it seems that no beta keys have actually been sent at all. The only people who have the beta so far are those that were part of the alpha test phase, and those who got the alpha invite last week. Given the announcement yesterday that the beta started now (at the time of the announcement, that is), that is somewhat disappointing. How long does it take to send an email? I assume it's automated, and that some poor schmuck in GOG's basement isn't forced to type in each email address individually, paste the contents into the email, and click send.

If they weren't actually ready to start sending keys to people, it would probably have been a better idea to postpone the announcement.

RayDawg: I've seen various sites report that GoG Galaxy is "out" so I thought I'd try and download it. Then I find out that it's in open beta so I thought, ok, I'll sign up. Has anyone got their invite yet?

Hecke: Are you in the alpha yet? Because I got no "new" key but rather my account entry for gog galaxy alpha changed to beta and was updated.

Maybe it's the same for you?

Edit: There was no notification about this update, so look closely. Maybe it's something like 1.0.0.871 now instead of x.870.
I got the same, was just updated to Beta from Alpha.
Yeah, they are coming. Got mine this morning.
Still waiting for mine.
I got mine just now :^)
Just got mine. Guess they just sent out a batch.
invite pls
Wonder if they should have declared it open, when you can't just simply access the client. Might as well leave it closed and let the Alpha members test the system out for bugs.

This led to my initial confusion. When I saw the titles across various sites, I thought Galaxy was basically ready for public use. It turns out it's in public beta which made me think there might have been a problem in communication. However, having since signed up, I have yet to get an email invite. I feel kind of bad only because I was so excited about the concept of Galaxy but never got the chance to try it out. Now that there's a public chance, I find out it's only in beta. A shame.
Got mine yesterday, but won't sign up.
If you were in the alpha but don't have a beta email yet, look at your library on GOG.com. I had a Galaxy Beta installer there, so I uninstalled the alpha and installed that instead. Now I have the newer Beta client with the friends list functionality.
Got mine, it was on my library! :D
I wasn't in the alpha.
