simple question pumpspeed at 100% with fans blowing at around 20% seems ridicilous when compared to pumpspeed at 40% and the fans at 20%

i have no clue with how this works but i wonder about if such high pumpspeeds will actually prevent the liquid to cool compared to a lower pumpspeed?

any input?
