Whatever Happened to gog-connect? Hasnt been any mention of this for months, at least last year.

Nothing happened to it. It just only activates during certain promotional periods is all.
And no, it's definitely been up within the last few months or so (I forget exactly when), you probably just weren't around at the time.

All these blow ins... first thing they want is free games...

Yeah, there were some games on GOG connect for the GOG summer sell but before that I don't remember seeing anything up for a month or two, thankfully its not really a problem unless GOG connect is the only way you can get GOG games in which case sorry pal, better luck next time.

Also, if you make enough threads about this topic I'm sure some GOG admins will take notice of all the duplicate threads you made and give you some kind of response on the matter.

There was a "gog connect event" in early June (I've just check it at my order and settings menu)

The pattern seems to be we get more GOG connect games during the big sales, which are usually Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter.
