Hey Fellas,

I was wondering if anyone has looked into handheld options for GOG game owners, specifically offline installs. It'd be great to be able to play NMS on my PC then others times with a handheld device, using a transferable save.

I got Aya Neo and it works quite well

The Aya launcher picks up most games, though some need manually adding

Thanks man, I'll have a look into it, do you know much about it, like is it a Linux os? Curious if you've tried to transfer saves between it and a desktop/laptop

UPDATE: Says the OS I'd windows 11/ayaneo os (https://www.ayaneo.com/product/AYANEOGEEK.html)

Mine has window 11, which makes compatibility a lot easier. I just used galaxy cloud saves for the few games I wanted to swap between PC and handheld, but you could easily do it manually if you know the save file location. Though really I've got a few games installed on it that play well on with controller (Cult of the lamb for example) and I can just pick up and put down.

I think the Ayaneo OS is their version of SteamOS, a linux based OS with tweaks

I mostly use my handheld while waiting at doctors and those kinds of things.
