It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Furusu: GEE I WONDER IF THE PASSWORD GOT CHANGED IF MY PASSWORD ISN'T WORKING.

I wouldn't be saying the account got hacked by someone if i recognized the email, read the first post god dammit.
Who the hell goes to internet cafes in 2015?

wpegg: That is not helpful. I'm trying to help you.

You haven't explained how your password isn't working. you appear to be able to access your account (because you claim the email is different), yet you say the password is changed. How can you access an account where the password has changed?
As I said, I never logged out on the site itself, I closed galaxy though so it logged me out.

JDelekto: A Serpent and a Stag walk into a bar....

Did you factor in the 'real' and 'fun' factors?

EBToriginal: Both are real one doesn't require you to stay over a water source.
I agree with that assessment; however, it helps to be near a source of water. :)

Okay, please understand that I am trying to help, so don't get too angry. How about we try a few things to round down the problem.

Firstly, try loading up a different browser to the one you normaly use and logging into GOG. Does that still work?

Secondly, take a note of that email address that does appear (don't tell us what it is, it's probably an innocent GOG user). Support will want this information.

Lastly, please understand that it's unlikely a GOG account would be hacked, there's just not the money to be made from it. There is no money in a GOG account, and no ability to gain anything from you.

Its stupid that support isn't 24/7
13:55 monday, still no response from the support, random russian guy still has access to my video games...

;__;
I might as well use this thread to formally eat my crow and retract my opposition to two-factor authentication.

When I was insisting no one is dumb and/or assholish enough to hack a GOG user, I didn't take into account the existence of Russia, which is ridiculously shortsighted of me, considering I live there.

Hope the OP's issue is resolved soon.
Funny thing, I just got an email about expansion pass for Witcher 3 on my standard email but the "account login email" is still the hacked one. Its 15:11 and no one from the support responded yet.

they obviously havent bothered to change your newsletter email address - hence you got the expansion pass email.

Okay, now I'm seriously curious, because I don't see an option to subscribe to newsletters at an alternate email address. There's only one place to enter one's email and that's at the primary Account and Locale tab.

cant see it myself now but im sure there used to be a newsletter signup from the news section of the main page

Edit: which led to some missing various promo / news emails. im guessing its all been merged (or I imagined it), but if im right, then it would explain things (ie still a database from that signup getting emails seperate from account settings).

I wonder how many more days will I need to wait until support graces me with notice because this is disgusting how unprofessional they are right now.
16:33, still no fucking response. If I won't get help today I'll demand a refund on my CE because this is retarded.
