Hi, Today, by logging in to the Gwent, I filled 19 contracts from Thronebreaker but I haven’t launched Thronebreaker for two months and I feel like I’ve already filled those contracts before, is it an update or I bug and I’ve filled out the contracts twice?

It's possible Galaxy only synced your achievements from Thronebreaker when you launched Gwent today.

You may want to ask on the Gwent Forums for a better answer.
