I have a Gwent gog account which i invested money and time.
Now i also have an xbox and i want to carry the collecton over on the sofa with me.

Taken that every other card game i've ever played has a synch between platforms and distrubution channels,
is there a way to connect them?

If not, is there a way i can get a refound for not being properly advised/alerted on the possible issue?

Only if they falsely advertised a non-existent feature. But not on the basis that you expected a feature based on your own assumptions. ( I don't play Gwent, except as part of Witcher 3, so I can't say whether they ever promised cross-play functionality between different platforms. Seems like something they should offer, for this kind of game. )
