Just letting the GOG community know that Grand Ages Medieval has been released on Steam but people who paid for the GOG version will have to wait longer, seems Kalypso Media priority is Steam first, and stuff the other people that bought the game :(
Because it's really important that you play the game the moment it's released.
Someone is getting impatient...

Starmaker: Quick, call 911!
I would like to report that a game has been released earlier on Steam than on GOG.

So what if you play 1 or 2 hours instead? Will it be the end of the world?
Kalypso Media ' keeping our fingers crossed - latest info: there should be a release in about 20 minutes. unfortunately we can't guarantee this'

Hopefully this is good news to people looking foward to playing this game

Cut this guy some slack.
If a game is getting released that you are excited about and then have to realise that you'll have to wait longer before you can start playing it than if you had bought it at a different shop of course it is annoying.
Other times the game was released here sooner than on Steam so not really indicator of anything.
It is quite annoying to know where you bought it has a different release time than optional places. Since I am not in America, and the time difference is quite a bit, these delays make it more and more likely I will need to wait another whole day to play. I can deal, but it still stings a bit to know I bought the game here over steam, my first time doing so, and yet come to find out it was released sooner on steam than GoG.

Is it the end of the world, as asked by Grargar? No, of course not. Does it suck that the store we bought it from doesn't have it at the same time their major, bigger competitor does? Indeed. Especially if you have been waiting to play it.
I would have thought we goggers had learned patience by now. No need for a jumbled rush at the front of the store when the merchandise is still in the back stock room.

Besides, the Steam snobs need their daily dose of self-importance.
