park_84: Sometimes I've received emails like "Since you bought this game, we think you might be interested in these other titles", but I already own all the other titles they're recommending me to buy. A completely useless email due to half-hearted personalised spam, they take into account what I have just bought but not what I already own.
Yes. That's one thing that really bothers me. It's such a half-baked implementation. I would be embarrassed if it was my work.
