Wow! Bioshock Infinite finally made it to GOG!
And here I was planning a giveaway for my birthday in 2 weeks :(
All of the games I bought for it are currently on sale... welp, that's out the window!
For those who can try it, does Bioshock Infinite have achievements? Not that genuinely care, but I know others will be interested.

I just tried it out, so for anyone who's wondering the same:

If you buy a gift code for one of the collections and try to redeem it, it's just listed as one collection, not as individual games. So you can't split the gift code. Meaning:

If you already own one of the games elsewhere (but not on GOG), you can't turn it into a gift code.

Tbh its a shame they didn't follow Steam's lead on bundles.

On Steam if you buy a bundle then usually the price is cheaper for the bundle as it excludes titles you already own.

Of course not all bundles act this way, but most do.

Edit:

Unless you down't own anything in the bundle then you pay the full price for it.

Ashleee: If you already own some of the games in the collection, after buying it a redeem code for those duplicated games will be sent to your email.

The code can be partially redeemed, it will stay valid until all the games are redeemed or one year after the date of purchase.

Leroux: But what if you own the game elsewhere (not on GOG)? Can you buy a gift code for the collection then and only redeem the games you don't have yet, keeping the one you already own elsewhere (not on GOG) on the code? Is that what you're saying?
It only applies when you own the games on GOG.com.
Great start to the sale, Bioshock Infinite and free Obduction were both nice surprises. Got Bioshock Infinate on DVD already but without DLCs so I will grab that.

I wish they could let you choose which games you could buy in those collections while maintining the discount rate. I would buy SoF 1 and 2 and avoid Payback like the plague.

That's a different matter from the one I was adressing (owning a game elsewhere), but a valid point as well.

Guys is there a possibility you can give an upgrade path for Mafia 3 since the bundle includes the standard version only?

Also are these bundles lasting the length of the sale?

That's what I thought, although it could have been worded a little clearer. The important information here is that if you buy a collection as a gift, it's just one item called "collection", not a code with the individual games on it.

Anyway, thanks for your replies!
Bioshock Infinite on GOG!? Instabuy for me :)

Zoidberg: And OK what is this crap with Facebook opening each time I open the main page in GoGGalaxy?
Our team is fixing it :)
Nice bundles. Thanks for the freebie!
Why Railway Empire isn't on sale while all its DLCs are ?
