Gog totally ignored my tickets, I'll have to pay for the same game twice!
This is absurd!!
I clicked to preorder a game 2x here - Owlboy, and sent them a ticket, asking to cancel one of them, but they completely ignored my ticket, didn't even bothered to send me any kind of reply.
I only want preordering it one time, how difficult is to undo my mistake?
Before you ask, yes, I sent them a ticket before Owlboy got released here.
You're practically stealing me, because I didn't receive a second copy of Owlboy (not that I want it, but if I'm paying twice, that's what should happen).
I'm your customer since 2008, that's not how you should treat your loyal customers. =S

If you did not download it and I assume that the 30 days have not passed either, I assume they will come back to you.
Send them a friendly reminder that you are still waiting for an answer and me thinks they will come back to you.

As GOG is not such a big company I could imagine that maybe the person handling this might be on holiday or sick (yes shall not be your problem, agreed ;) )
But till now, I never had a problem even as response sometimes takes a while.

And just in case might help for another blue one, if you post the ticket # here.
And I hope you feel better after venting your anger ;)
And by the sound of it, if you did not receive an automated email with the ticket number, maybe it was never opened?

EDIT: Some people to be able to log in had to allow 3rd party cookies (IIRC), maybe the same for you to open a ticket?

Não sei como é na Finlândia, mas aqui no Brasil a corrupção corre solta. =/
E isso se reflete nos custos.
E o país se encontra numa crise econômica.
